The FIRST AGM must be held within 9 MONTHS of the end of the first financial year. Every subsequent AGM must be held within 6 MONTHS of the FY-end AND within 15 MONTHS of the previous AGM. Held in business hours (9 a.m.–6 p.m.), not on a national holiday. One Person Companies are EXEMPT.
